This rising star is quickly climbing onto the hip hop scene through the likes of names like P Diddy and Akon. Starting off with a little know group, Da Razkalz Cru, Dolla was quickly noticed by rising rap star Akon when the group put out there first single "Who th Heck is That". After mild success, the group was dropped from its label and drifted apart. Shortly after, Dolla was approached by Akon and was quickly signed to a record deal. Dolla's first release was a remake of Da Razkalz Cru original single and renamed "Who the "F" Is That".
